Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, which boasts a great location right in front of the Yubatake and close to many restaurants. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable. On the downside, it did feel a bit too warm inside despite the chilly weather outside. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help, but some services could use a bit of polish. Overall, a good value for money considering the location.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with its spacious and clean rooms. The location is excellent, right in front of the Yubatake spring source and convenient for exploring Kusatsu. However, the dining experience fell a bit short of my expectations, and the room cleaning could have been better. Overall, I found the service to be friendly and helpful, contributing to the overall value for money.
I had a nice stay overall at this hotel, which is conveniently situated right in front of the Kusatsu Hot Spring. The rooms, while a bit dark and crowded, were clean enough, and the staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful, especially the café lady. However, the dining experience didn’t quite meet my expectations, and the rooms could use a bit more space. Despite these minor drawbacks, the location is truly fantastic and makes exploring Kusatsu a breeze.
The hotel is in an excellent location right in front of the Yubatake, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were a bit too hot for my liking, despite the heater being set to the lowest. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which really enhanced my stay. The dining options were nice, but I felt there could have been more variety. Overall, it was a good experience, although the heat in the room was a bit of a downside.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, and the location was absolutely fantastic, right in front of the Kusatsu Hot Spring 湯畑. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help. However, the rooms were not quite to my expectations, and the dining experience was a bit underwhelming despite the indulgent pastries. Overall, it was a good value for the convenience and ambiance.
